Neighborhood OVERVIEW

The boundaries of the West Paces Neighborhood Association are as follows: 

The south side of Northside Parkway from south of West Paces Ferry to the north side of Moores Mill Road. The eastern boundary is Northside Drive between Moores Mill and West Paces Ferry. The northern boundary is West Paces Ferry from Moores Mill to Northside Parkway.

ASSOCIATION OVERVIEW

The West Paces Neighborhood Association was founded at St. Anne's Church on September 19, 1991 by approximately 150 concerned neighbors. The association was established to promote the following common neighborhood interests:

1. Increase security in order to decrease crime
   
2. Evaluate and respond to zoning matters to protect resident property interests
   
3. Coordinate our services with elected officials 
   
4. Promote better neighborhood traffic control 
   
5. Facilitate fellowship among our neighbors 

Our security patrol, patrolling on a regular basis since 1991, is comprised of local "off duty"police officers.  We are represented in the Crime and Public Safety Committee of NPU-A ( Neighborhood Planning Unit) along with 17 other Atlanta neighborhoods.
