About Us

The West Paces Neighborhood Association Beautification Committee has responsibility for the improvement of the neighborhood environment as well as bettering the quality of life. If this mission adds to property values, it is an added benefit.  

The Beautification Committee over the past several years has been involved with the following:

• Plant beds of Knockout roses around the perimeter of the neighborhood
  
• Replace DOT guardrails along Northside Parkway
  
• Plant ginkgo tree at the intersection of Moores Mill and Northside Parkway
  
• Replace dead trees at the end of Pine Meadow cul-de-sac with Nellie R. Stevens Hollies 
  
• Painting the wall at the intersection of Northside Parkway and Howell Mill and maintaining quality by eliminating all graffiti as it appeared
  
• Cleaned sidewalks on Northside Parkway from Moores Mill to the Wells Fargo Bank entrance 
  

Most activities of the Beautification Committee have been funded by the sale of advertising for the neighborhood newsletter and/or donations from generous neighbors.  

Any or all suggestions are welcomed regarding projects that can be assumed by the Beautification Committee. Make your wishes known.
